Subject: Narrative Video Battle Report - Eldar Evacuation - Eldar VS Chaos Daemons
In this mission the Eldar forces must evacuate the their vulnerable civilians whilst under suprise attack from wap spawning Chaos Daemons.
There are lots of special rules to fit the narrative of the mission but the main thing you might need to know is how does each side win?
Well each side has a different set of mission goals that award them victory points, when they reach their victory total they have won.
Eldar Victory Conditions:
The Eldar win the game as soon as they have accumulated 20 Evacuation points (EP's) meaning they have slowed the advance of the Daemons and evacuated their civilian population.
The Eldar gain EP's in the following circumstances:
+2 EP for every five Eldar civilians evacuated through the webway portal.
+1 EP at the end of each Eldar turn that the Avatar is awake.
+1 EP at the end of each Eldar turn that there are no Greater Daemons on the table.
+1 EP at the start of each Eldar turn that the warning rune is controlled by the Eldar.
+1 EP when Be’lakor is killed.
Daemon Victory Conditions:
The Daemons win the game if at any point they have accumulated 5 Invasion points (IP’s) meaning they have gained a foothold on the craftworld and have started to devour its populace.
+1 IP at the start of each Daemon turn that a Daemon is in base contact with the webway portal.
+1 IP when the Eldar warlord is killed.
+1 IP when the Avatar is killed.
+1 IP at the start of each Daemon turn that the Statue of Khaine is controlled by Daemons.
+1 IP at the end of each turn in which 10 Eldar Civilian are killed.
+1 IP if at the start of any Daemon turn the Eldar don’t occupy more than two deployment areas.
I hope you enjoy and please let us know what you think.
This was an epic report, I really really liked the mission and I'm quite curious what might have happened if you had been able to keep playing somehow (six hours? Whoa...).
I have the small beginnings of an Eldar force and masses of daemons and chaos marines, so I'm interested in trying this out with my friends. Did you end up making any of the tweaks you were thinking about?

Just want to point out...
Gaurdains are made from eldar civilians. When a battle arises, civilians take up gaurdian armor and weapons and go fight for there craft world.
I do drugs.
Mostly Plastic Crack, but I do dabble in Cardboard Cocaine.

The only issue with Civilians being Guardians is the context of this game. I'm fairly sure Guardians would still have to go get equipped from somewhere, they wouldn't just have their stuff sitting around the office when the daemons burst in...
