While looking up stuff about metal music (and listening to Manowar), I came across a whole area of the internet where people seem convinced that metal is evil, and is something that "satan" uses to make you evil.
Following this train of thought, I remembered some of the things that are often purported to be evil, and apparently would turn up in an afterlife for "sinners":

-Money
-Alcohol
-Smeksy times
-Metal/Rock
-Wargaming
-Various types of literature of quite some repute
-Free thought
-Equality

So, all in all, Hell sounds like my kind of heaven

Has anyone else come across this line of thought, be you atheist or theist?

No I just figured that they got it backwards and believe that they are going to heaven when it is really hell

It seems like it would be used by satanists, seeing as suicide is a sure way to go to hell.

Wasn't there a Blackadder joke about this way back when? Something along the lines of: "You don't want to go to Heaven when you die. you know what kind of people go to Heaven? The kind of people who like to sing hymns and go to church and praise God. That's all Heaven is; singing hymns and praising God. You know who goes to Hell?
