Does anyone have or know where I can get a comprehensive list of what order I should read/listen to the Horus Heresy including all of the audio dramas and any short stories? Thanks in advance . . .

This might help, courtesy of Sviox over on B&C.

It's not perfect but you can use it to figure out where and when various novels, story stories, novellas, and audio stories fit together chronologically.

It also really depends on the side of the story you want to hear first too. Like the latest books Vengeful Spirit takes directly after like three different stories.

But say the first real big chunk I would list as:
Horus Heresy, False Gods,Galaxy in Flames, The flight of the Eisenstien, Garro Oath of Moment, Fulgrim, Aurelian, Legion,Descent of Angels, Fallen Angels, The Lion

I mean you can go so many different ways from this point, Also little stories that don't fit in anywhere really. Like Lightning Tower.

If you are looking at a chronological order of how to read the books its a bit tricky as say, Angel Exterminatus for example, has Fulgrim being discovered for the first time as well as events in what you would say would be the current day in 30k. So you would have to split the book in parts.

It's generally an idea to just read them in the release order.

Much like the link Jareddm provides I did make an attempt at putting it into a time order but gave up as so many .mp3s and ebooks were getting released.

Spoiler:

Pre Heresy:
The Last Church (Tales of Heresy)
After Desh’ea (Tales of Heresy)
Descent of Angels
Call of the Lion (Tales of Heresy) + Wolf at the Door (Tales of Heresy) + Legion + Promethean Sun
The Dark King
Horus Rising + Death of a Silversmith (Shadows of Treachery)
Scions of the Storm (Tales of Heresy) + The Voice (Tales of Heresy)
Feat of Iron (The Primarchs)

Heresy begins:
False Gods
A Thousand Sons + Prospero Burns + Battle for the Abyss
Fallen Angels
The Kaban Project
Brotherhood of the Storm

Battle of Istvaan III
Galaxy in Flames + Flight of the Eisenstein

Battle of Istvaan V
Mechanicum
The First Heretic + Fulgrim
Ravens Flight (Audio)

After Istvaan V
Deliverance Lost
Know no Fear + Butchers Nails (Audio) + Garro: Oath of Moment (Audio)
Aurelian
Garro: Legion of One (Audio)
Nemesis + The Lightning Tower + The Crimson Fist(Shadows of Treachery) + Blood Games (Tales of Heresy) + Rules of Engagement (Age of Darkness) + Liar's Due (Age of Darkness) + Rebirth (Age of Darkness) + Little Horus (Age of Darkness) + Forgotten Sons (Age of Darkness) The Last Remembrancer (Age of Darkness) + The Iron Within (Age of Darkness) + Savage Weapons (Age of Darkness) + The Face of Treachery (Age of Darkness)
The Reflection Crack'd (The Primarchs) + The Lion (The Primarchs) + The Serpent Beneath (The Primarchs) + Prince of Crows (Shadows of Treachery)

No pity, no remorse, no shoes

The trouble is, the chronological order today isn't going to be the chronological order a year from now, given how BL have decided they never want the series to end. There will inevitably be leaps back in the timeline to squeeze a little more water from the stone.
