This is the list I play most often. Alternatively, I run a version with 6 squads of storm guardians, but more often than not the guardians end up getting shot to death while standing around waiting to assault, negating any benefit from the extra wave serpent.
Thoughts?

The autarch seems out of place. Are you running lots of reserves or something? He doesn't seem overly useful. You may be better off running a Farseer or spiritseer
Why groups of 9 Dire Avengers? It seems like they would be spending the majority of the game inside the wave serpents anyways unless you need extra dakka for something. which isn't likely considering you have 5 serpents. You could likely drop them to 5 man squads and use the points to take a squad of warp spiders or something.
I like that you use spirit stones on the Fire Prisms. Some people don't think they're worth their points, but every time they come into effect for me I like them that much more.
Three fire prisms might be a tad much. I find two does any job I need pretty well. You might be a bit more versatile with 2 War Walkers, or a Night Spinner with a Cannon.

Only advise is the same every time. Wave serpents need twin linked scatter lasers

I've never run a night spinner before.... 7/6 LB is pretty good, but is it really better than a prism?
War Walkers don't really do it for me, to be honest... too flimsy

They play a slightly different role than a Prism. Not "Better", just different. They are still able to reliably take on armored targets due to barrage hitting side armour, and excel at taking on vehicle squadrons with their torrent. An added Shuriken Cannon gives it a few extra strength 6 shots as well, which is always nice. Aside from that they are great at mopping up snipers with their torrent, large mobs with their blast, and can shoot out of LOS with barrage. So there's really no hiding from them. If you can find time to squeeze in some practice games I would highly recommend trying one out for yourself in some smaller point games to see if you like them or not. I find two prisms will easily handle anything that you need prisms for, so having a night spinner instead of a third prism can only help you (personal opinion).
As for War Walkers, Your opponent shouldn't even be able to shoot at them under normal circumstances. With Battle Focus they should be able to pop out, shoot their target, then Battle Focus out of LOS. Since your list has nothing else that needs to hide, they shouldn't be competing for space. So barring a poor battle focus roll or some outflanking enemies they should be safe at least until they've completed their objective. Not to mention with so many Wave Serpents and Fire Prisms on the field they should be fairly low priority for your opponent. That's just my experience with them though. It's certainly not my place to tell you that your opinion is wrong.

This.
I'd go for some Warwalkers with dual scatterlasers and a Jetseer instead of an Autarch.
