Although you have a very intimidating death star and anti-tank havoc squad, I feel a couple of changes could be made. 1st your HQ leading your death star is not wielding a hammer. YOU ARE IMPERIAL FISTS, UNACCEPTABLE More seriously, you need more anti-armor than just those havocs. If you misplace them and they get wiped out, which isnt too hard to do, they're only 7 space marines, you're out of luck when it comes to destroying a tank. Consider taking 2 melta guns on 2 of your 3 tactical squads. Melta really kicks ass. Also solo vindicators are really ill advised by anyone who's used them much. If you stick it far back in 4+ cover and use it to defend against a flanking squad it might do something worthwhile, if you really want to take just one. Otherwise i'd try your best to make the points for a second one and march them up the table with your 3 rhinos. So how about this: 1500 pts Lysander (Warlord) 5 Assault Terminators (Lysander) Land Raider Crusader 10 Tactical Marines- plasma gun, combi-plasma, rhino 10 Tactical Marines- melta, multi-melta, rhino 10 Tactical Marines- melta, multi-melta, rhino 10 Devastators- 4 multi-meltas, rhino This gives you a very heavy fisted army. What I mean by this is you have a low quantity of very high power attacks. You can obliterate anything you want, but only you can only kill 2 or 3 things a turn. You see an enemy deathstar? roll up the crusader, burn em up, and assault em with the hammers. You see an enemy land raider? Throw 8 melta guns at it. Its vapor. You have 2 weapons in this army, bolters and fething weapons of the Apocalypse (melta and thunderhammers) You might have some problems if you get 3 squads of 40 ork boys thrown at you but who does that? Its all about FMCs and armor spam and deathstars these days, and this list should deal with them nicely. If I were to expand from here I'd throw in 2 vindicators and a sorcerer or a 6th terminator in your LR
