The Desperate Allies gaming group will be hosting a tournament on June 14th as a "goodbye" for the Bowie Battle Bunker, which is scaling down to become a 1-man store. Help us send it off in a true wargamer's fashion...with tabletop violence!

The Bunker Bash will be a 3-game, 2500 point, no comp event. All registration fees collected will go directly to prize support, and we'll be kicking in additional prize support on top of that.

There are currently only 32 spots available for this event, so it is recommended that you register early in order to secure your spot. Registration and payment info can be found in the tournament packet.

Is this a new gaming group to the area? I hadn't heard of it, but I don't usually game in Bowie. You guys don't have any connection to the Ineptus Astartes group, do you? That group used to game at the Columbia GW, and may still.

Yep, it's a new group. We don't have any connection to the guys you mentioned. We're focusing exclusively on Fantasy as our competitive game of choice right now, which distinguishes us from most of the groups we've found in this part of MD.
