hey guys, any ideas on how to convert Empire Halberdiers to be standing at attention?
I love the ranked up look of the snap-fit high elves Sea Guard. it seems very resilient... i want a similar appeal with my state troops.

whether converting the models, or a good looking third party option... doesnt seem like an easy job but i thought id ask for ideas?
