In Necromunda or [NEC] I would like to find rules (delaque especially) such as point values but the new GW website dosent have that could I find a website with point values or, a link to buy a physical book I've had bad luck with PDFs.

The books are no longer in production, so you'll only find them second-hand. A certain well known online auction site can probably help.
As far as downloads, these are no longer hosted by GW. They are however hosted elsewhere by fans, but I cannot directly link to this due to Dakka rules. Suffice to say that if you do want to find the downloads, a simple web search for "Necromunda Rules" will bring up such places (although some search hits are just linking back to dead files on the GW server, so you may have to check a result or two).

I noticed alot of them are dead links and PDFs are to large I'll have to look for a book its quite a shame and such rare books are probably expensive, but I'll keep an eye out thanks.

There's a fan-produced 'community edition' that still seems alive. Dunno how legit a link would be, it's not direct GW stuff, but I won't as it's easy to find anyway.

How so? The LRB is only about 11 MB, which is trivial in terms of modern storage capacity.
