Doesn't read WW2 to me with that hex pattern. Not your choice, I am sure, but not digging it. Other than that though, looks good. Did you do a full re-paint or just go over the base color?

Having watched both YouTube videos, I can confirm that Dullspork started from a black undercoat.

Nicely executed, and I love that rust technique. I suspect the hex-based camo pattern may be a Marmite issue, mind you.

Confirmation of why no-one should listen to Kanluwen when it comes to the IG - he doesn't want the IG, he want's Kan's New Model Army...

Looks great, i love spider tanks! Awesome looking.

Life is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless and perfunctory gift nobody ever asked for. Unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates. So you're stuck with this undefinable whipped mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down because there's nothing left to drink. Sure once in a while there's a peanut butter cup or a English toffee, but they're gone too fast and the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits of hardened jelly and teeth shattering nuts. If you're desperate enough to eat those all you've got left is a. An empty box, filled with useless brown paper wrappers.

The hex pattern was my own idea. Yes, it's not WWII, but then neither is a six-legged walker.

Contextually, it is WW2. That being Weird Wars 2. I am not a fan of the hexes. Too modern for the setting, imo. I don't blame you for priming it up - I did that to everything I painted that was from the Dust range too.

Luckily, the paint they put on the models is very thin.

Very cool!

I only wish that Dust Tactics were just a teeny bit smaller scale, as I'm sure many IG fans will agree!

Gets along better with animals... Go figure.
