Does a catacomb command barge have to be dedicated or can it be taken as an independant unit?
The idea is to get IC in there that don't have it as an option.

I don't really care if it's a very inefficient way of doing things, because I know it is. I just want to know if it's possible for a fun-list.

You don't have to be happy when you lose, just don't make winning the condition of your happiness.

It is a dedicated transport, so you would have to embark the IC in there turn 1 if you wanted one that could not buy it to be in it, and that assumes that it has no further restrictions on top as to what model can be embarked (for example it may only allow overlords on board)

It's a dedicated transport that only one independant character can embark on.

You can purchase it, and in turn 1, you can embark another IC onto it before moving it.

In short, no. It doesn't work that way.
