Maybe a dumb question, but here goes.
Does a single "pair of scything talons" confer an extra attack, or does it count as a single CCW?
I'm guessing the latter, but not entirely sure.

Somewhere in the codex it says that a pair of arms counts as a single CCW.
So Hormagants do not get an extra attack.

Additionally to the designer's note, a pair of Scything Talons is a single piece of wargear with a single weapon profile.
