Multimelta and flamer in a drop pod? Not sure about that one... Go for meltagun+combi-melta or flamer+combi-flamer, mixing and matching just means that you're not using the unit to it's maximum potential.

it's so the unit is able to handle anything, the combi melta does not have to be used at all first phase, its more in case I need it later vs another drop pod army or something

I would likely use 9 bolters and a flamer with tactical squads the turn they get onto the table to kill infantry.
