Hey all

Thought id reintroduce myself....

Im stefan and ive been in and out of the hobby for about 15 years.

I first started collecting warhammer when i was about 8. Back then it was about collecting these cool looking little models and playing the game at my local gamesworkshop. I played weekly for the best part of 5 years but my love slowly disappeared for my miniatures.

I went through the whole of my teens without touching a single model or even having a thought about them.

I gave the hobby a second chance a few years ago and fell in love with painting, the army i chose was necrons then and after painting 50 warriors and whatever else i had i soon stopped again despite enjoying it. I sold the necron army as i found them to simple to paint and not a huge test for myself.

Heres my models from then http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/485796.page

Last few weeks ive been walking past gw daily on my walk home from work so decided to pop in and have a look around, instantly i was hooked and wanted to paint models again, so despite the new rule books release coming soon i grabbed a dark vengeance boxset as it still seemed great value to me.

I wanted to go with yellow marines and found out that dark angels had a yellow successor called Angels of Vigilance so ive got my way! lol

Soooo yer im baaaaack

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

FudgeDumper - It could be that you are just so uncomfortable with the idea of your chapters primarch having his way with a docile tyranid spore cyst, that you must deny they have any feelings at all.

If your marines are that quality they will look good!

Lucky find, just saved about 50 quid to buy new :-)

Even a dark vengeance version can be expensive
