This is terrible, terrible news especially for video game streamers / LP'ers. This is a welcome sight for true donkey-cave companies like Nintendo who hate LP'ers and deny them their well-deserved monetization. While Twitch was used to circumvent a lot of unjustified copyright claims in the past, it will now be gone and YouTube will start handing out unjustified bans / deny monetization for everyone.

Nintendo will hopefully realize they are shooting themselves in the foot; free videos means free publicity, and that's something that Nintendo just doesn't seem to understand right now.
