Not bad if you're into not copyrighted yet overpriced miniatures.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Why?

Why prioritise plastic boxsets for vehicles released in the final weeks of the war that saw a few skirmishes against a Wehrmacht with no fuel and no ammo.

Flames of War will need four time periods:
Early, Mid, Late and Live Weapons tests

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

Because if (or more likely when) they expand into the Korean War then they'll already have the main U.S. tank available in plastic.

Except the M26 hasn't had a 15mm plastic kit for for it yet, so Battlef£ont has a niche instead of just doing plastic that have less detail than competitors for higher prices.

Because, as they briefly mention in their article regarding the release of this product, one of the most common questions on the forum has been, "Where are the Pershings?" Now admittedly, that question typically comes from someone who wandered into the hobby after playing WW2 RTS games such as Company of Heroes or RUSE, and is under the mistaken belief that Pershings were available in Normandy (RUSE doesn't introduce them until the tail end of Bulge, but that's abnormally late for the genre). So they see the Normandy books out and wonder why Battlefront doesn't have any Pershings for sale. But the large number of questions (back when I regularly visited the FoW forums, for a while such questions would show up once a week) show that there's interest in the Pershing. Ergo, they're probably going to sell, even if most of them end up collecting dust on a display shelf somewhere.

It's possible that it won't work out for Battlefront. But I suspect it's a safe bet for them.

The era system would be better being replaced by a straightforward system of 'years'.

List 'a' runs from say 1942-1944, list 'b' from 1941-1944

give each team a 'year in service' and be done with it.

Agree this is likely to be a case of getting models done you cannot easily get elsewhere in plastic, if at all, ahead of other periods being released.
