I picked up a copy of the Apocalypse War Zone: Valedor and wanted to pose a question.

In the formations for the warzone, most of them have an imperium eagle stamp in the 'warzone valedor' box at the bottom of the page, but there are a handful that don't have this (the 3-5 tyrannofex and 3-5 tervigon formations, as well as an eldar one and a dark eldar one). Does this signify anything special? All of the formations from the Damocles warzone have a stamp, and I couldn't find anything in either of the books mentioning stamped vs non-stamped, and I don't have Damios or Pandorax to check if there is something in either of them. Hoping someone can shed some insight.

That is not paticular ly special as I recall. It is an "official Adminstratus stamp" , also known as fluff, not an actual rule book stamp or designator,

Pretty sure it's meaningless. I have all of the warzone books and couldn't find anything that even mentions them.

So, either the new 40k book will illuminate us or (far more likely) those pages were actually put together by different people and one or more of them didn't have the same stamp thing as the rest of the crew.

I just wanted to make sure it wasn't some crazy indication that they were non-apoc formations (looked similar to the stamp in the Imperial Armor books). Some of them look like they wouldn't be too broken in normal games, especially with escalation and stronghold assault updates, but some of them looked a bit overpowered for a 'normal' game of 40k.
