Hi everyone. I recently painted a knight titan for a local game store. Let me know what you guys think. I am looking for some comments before I hand it over.

Thanks for your feedback.

I like the overall color scheme and the skill in painting it is obvious, but I can't say that I like the weathering. It looks like it's been neglected and left out to rust, which is not the appearance a Knight should have to me.

Love the weathering on the blue. However I think the yellow and black stripey bits need more weathering to match them to the blue parts. Great model

Lovely paint job, well done. I think the base lets it down a little, though. I don't think you have taken the opportunity to tell the story of this hard-worked Knight.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. As per some of the suggestions, I will add a bit of weathering to the top of the errant to help it blend with the blue parts. I will also rummage through my bit box and see if I can add something to the base to add to the overall appeal.

I agree that the two primary colors kind of clash with each other. I'd love to see the updated weathering to see how it looks now.

I don't like the weathering, it doesn't look realistic. It just looks like it was sprayed brown. Also, knights usually have very solid colors, the spray that you used looks kind of light and cloudy. It could be good for something else, but it makes this Knight look too soft.

Nice job with the Hazard stripes, though.

Looks great, but too much weathering.

I mean technically the weathering is well done, but I don't think it fits the piece.

It's been left out to rust, unmaintained, not cared for.
That doesn't fit with Knights, they are well maintained relics. The pilot and his maintenance crew would be shot (along with their families) for letting it get half as rusty...

I couldn't disagree more with these people talking down the weathering. You did a hell of a job on this and your Knight is unique, like none ive seen painted yet. Kudos.

Glorious colour set but I feel the paint work needs more brush work to tone down the powderyness of it all. Maybe watermarks from rain or chipping and burn marks from damage.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I am honestly glad to see some conflicting opinions. I felt that one of the most difficult problems with this model is in color selection. When all the studio paint schemes for the models have 2 different colored kneepads, different colors on each shin guard, maybe some random checkers, color theory becomes difficult.

In the end I just picked some colors I like and did weathering because I like doing that too haha.
