They are both shipping from Ukraine. The lack of information provided and the quality, as well as the blatant rip off of Chaos: Space Marines leads me to believe this a foreign re-cast company. Be wary when buying these models as:
1) You are buying from an illegitimate source.
2) You are buying from outside the United States.
3) Re-casters typically have a lower quality model. Not horrible necessarily, just a lot lower quality than Games Workshop models put out.
4) Also, while you may say, "Who cares about the money sucking corporate witches at Games Workshop. My money won't make a difference in the long run!" you should actually be thinking, "How will diverting my well-earned and limited money to a foreign re-casting company (Who is truly doing ethically wrong things. There is a reason that company is not based in the United States, laws here don't allow it.) matter" Well, it will be depriving your FLGS of income that it needs. The money you and your gaming buddies give to your FLGS is what supports their business, and ultimately, your hobby. *This is assuming you go to your FLGS to buy miniatures, paints, etc, and play at the tables they so generously provide for free.*

But by that same point, neither of the miniatures listed are Games Workshop miniatures. They are not and have never been produced by Games Workshop, and the original creators are no longer in business due to Games Workshop.
And to call it a blatant rip off, lets look at companies like Mantic, Chapterhouse, and several others for blatant rip offs of Games Workshop IP. At least this one was well sculpted.
The only way to get these pieces currently is from companies out of China, Russia, and Ukraine.
1) Claiming they are an illegitimate source is not correct. eBay has strict standards and practices regarding selling and acts swiftly against people who are not trustworthy sellers. You are buying from a company which regardless of where the product comes from, eBay and the public buyers have deemed acceptable as shown by the 99.8% rating with over 600 transactions.
2) Be wary when ordering outside the US? This is just plain pointless. If you had said be wary when ordering from Russia, China, or Ukraine it would make more sense. But just because a product doesn't ship from the US doesn't mean you won't receive the product. Again with eBay and Paypal you have 45 days to dispute the transaction and get a refund. If you haven't received it in that time file a dispute. If you wait longer than 45 days, call Paypal and explain the situation and they will open a dispute for you.
3) False. Most recasters are equal in quality or better than the original depending on the source. They take the time to fix the issues with the original cast before they make their own. Most will resolve any issues you have with a cast and replace the problem just like the original producers. The resin used in recasts is of higher quality than Games Workshop finecast as well so you receive a higher quality resin product.
4) Again, the models in question are not available locally or online other than a recast company. By buying them online he is not taking money from his LFGS because it is a product they could not get for him to purchase there.
I am not saying what they do is right or wrong, I don't judge, but it is your personal preference to order from a recaster or not. If you don't support a recaster then don't purchase from them but don't expect everyone else to do the same.
And since the OP wasn't asking about the listings themselves, he was asking who produced them. The original producers like I said are no longer around due to IP.
Cheers

For me recasters are godsend. Because-they`re cheaper, and I prefer to get cheaper stuff. The hobby is enough expensive as is. You can moan about ethics and support all you effing want, truth is-business is business and GW has brought recasters upon themselves. Besides-the feth do I care about how well theyre doing, there are millions of other companies out there who produce, sculpt and make way better rules and models for cheaper. I mean, the last okay-ish thing GW did was Chaos brutes(admitedly, their chaos does look good), maybe orks will be alright as well. Centurions, Taurox(new nids as well) look like wet gak on the ceiling. Their fantasy is alright, for the most part.
So to all you people-go ahead and buy recasts, because thats the way economy and business grow and develop(read Jeremy Clarkson ;D). If its broken-glue it together, if its bent-put it in a fething hot water or over flame and make it straight, those extra 15 minutes are worth 66% discounts.
