So let me start... I am new to Warhammer fantasy and this forum and I just started a Dark Elf army. I wanted to get the Harpies but they look so lame and with their big hands . So I saw the scourges from the Dark Eldar and love the way they look but they have weapons and the Harpies have claws. What I am trying to say is that I want the scourges but need to change their hands to something like talons but also work with Dark Elves.

The scourge kit in fact comes with quite a few close comba weapons. It would be pretty easy to not use the guns, you'd possibly need a few spare weapon arms from some other dark elf models, but you could always pick those up off bit sites.

In terms of looking futuristic, the DE armour can pretty easily be changed into old school armour with some silver paint. might have to use some alternate heads, im not sure, the scourge heads are semi-futuristic.

But I definitely say go for it

I think the Scourge heads, with their feathered whatnots, can be made to look pretty tribal-barbaric without any conversion needed. There are indeed quite a few CC weapons in there, but not enough to do the entire squad. However, the DE Wych kits come with a HEAP of extra melee weapon bits, so you might want to hit up some DE players. (Like, say, this guy.)

Thank you, I really like the ideas, but I was wanting more like, hands like claws, instead of hand weapons, but that will still work with the scourges,if no hands fit my vision I will go with the hand weapon idea

The flayed ones are almost what I want , but I am looking for a more natural hand rather than a mechanical one.
