It seems decent, though the Command squad should be the one using the Meltas,
as they allow to shoot and then charge, unlike the Plasmaguns, which allows one or the other, just like any other Rapid Firing guns.
Oh yeah___didn't see TYBB, but that Com squad will still be better with Bp/CCWs, as they won't find themselves stalled by firing.

As for the Commander, try to get him Lightning Claws___those are just great!

Finally, I'll guess that the Cyclone Speeder is really a Typhoon___switch it for a Tornado too, as the Typhoon launchers just blow hard.

Just a note the second speeder is a tornado as well. I wanted to give all the squads elemantal names and I wanted something air related. I might change the name to avoid further confusion, but I can't think of anything air related right now.

If you really want Trust Your Battle Brothers, drop the meltaguns and replace with plasma. Any trigger pull is going to be rapid fire and will keep you from charging anyway. If that's the case, then you can go easy on the powerfists as well, as your army is not going to be aggressive HtH.
