Just want to know where you fellow Aussies have bought this stuff, and how much it costs? For approximately 2'x4' it's just over $30 dollars a sheet on one website I found, buts that fairly expensive. And that is only 1" thick, a 3" thick sheet cost almost $100

Don't tell me, you went to Insulation industries? (the OP) - they're the main ones in the Newcastle/Hunter area.

In Sydney there's Foamular (out in the western subs) who have great stuff and their XPS stuff was used in the miniature sets for the mustafar lava planet in star wars ep3. It chips like rock really easily.

Yup, the good hard blue stuff isn't cheap. Not cheap like the white stuff - and the local bunnings up here DON'T carry insulation foam sheets, Valeyard.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
