Does anyone know the heights for average troop choices for each army?

Do you mean like in the fluff, or the actual model size?

Actual model size. But learning about both won't be bad

Fluff, myou go from a measly grot (I imagine no more than 3 or 4 feet tall?) To space marines at around 7 feet tall in armour, all the way up to an Imperial Knight

The models vary in height as well, but I think the average is 2" tall?

Average humanoid is prolly 1", though there are plenty of varitations. Tyranid warriors are really tall, but their hormagaunts are hunched down low.

Fluff size varies wildly, I have seen Marines range between six and ten feet depending on who you ask.

Model size I dunno, I am not at home so I can't measure.

The gaunt is about the height of a large dog due to it's stance.

The absolute shortest troop choice would be the ripper, which is about the size of a small terrier, but stockier and mostly head.

Putting rippers out of LoS is easy, but that's okay, because nobody takes rippers anyway.
