1850pts
Flyrant w/Devs
Flyrant w/Devs
Venomthrope
Warrior Brood (5, 3 w/Scy and Rending, 2 w/LWBS, all Adrenal)
16 Gaunts (or something)
Hierophant w/Incubation Chamber
Obviously the venomthrope and warriors are all embarked...since its an assault vehicle thats an angry warrior brood that can pop out and do quite a bit of damage to most targets, let alone having the Hierophant ready to assault and have eternal 3+ cover.
An alternative is working a Tervigon in there without another flyrant, but the spawned troops just dont have that glimmer that they used to (Especially squishy termagant ones). Also thought of transporting gargoyles as well for a massive first turn assault range.
So in a 'bound' setting, what can I realistically see as a threat to bringing the biotitan down besides D weapons (and even they have been toned down) . Psychic shenanigans? Out of 30 hits from a S10 AP1 weapon he'll take 4.44 wounds using his built in 3+ when hugging terrain. However,
I've never used him and am by no means familiar enough with all armies to know all the possibilities.

Some Tomb World in some galaxy by that one thing in that one place (or Minnesota for nosy people)

Cron air, daemon circus, seer council, screamerstar, gravstar, hell maybe even the disco inferno could do a number to this army. Oh and grav cav will also put this list into the dumps with ease.

this list I think would be fun to play in a competitive environment - it'd be too much of an "oh dear god!" list in a casual game, and against anyone with a death star or flier spam it'd lose quite badly unless it got some decent luck in.
i say try it, but tell the opponent to bring their game face, not their deathstars.

Oh I definitely agree, I would never take this into a friendly game, its strictly for local tournament settings where Imperial Knights are a possibility.
