First list looks OK, though I'd probably try to fit the Covenant of Menoth in there, to prevent knock-down from passing Tough tests. Probably have to drop a Vassal to get it, but it's worth it.
You could probably also make the Choir min, and spend the point on a Mechanik - he's not great, but it's probably better use of a point.
Second list, I'm not sure I see how it'll work. Kreoss1 generally wants more ranged stuff to take advantage of his feat. You're a bit too jack heavy, but lacking many ranged jacks (Kreoss1 doesn't need an Arc Node as he isn't a great spell slinger) that might take advantage of his feat, and your only unit is your bastions, which means if you're using them to keep your battlegroup safe, you'll be moving very slowly.
Honestly, I think it'll need a lot of reworking. Firstly, it needs more ranged - another reckoner or a Vanquisher, and definitely a Redeemer work wonderfully with him, but keep it to 3 jacks max, for focus efficiency. That would mean dropping the Crusader, Guardian and Devout - all good jacks, but they don't really compliment Kreoss1 much.
Those changes would leave you with 6 extra points to play with too. If you changed out 2 points somewhere (perhaps the Errant solo?) you could fit in Max zealots with Monolith bearer, which would make a good compliment to your Errants, and gel well with Kreoss1. Alternatively, you could use some solos (Nicia and Gorman perhaps) to fill those in.
Get some Wracks in there too (min the choir if needed).
