Reason I ask, is I am not sure where to look anymore for the FAQs. Yes I know Black Library has them, but that could just be a temporary solution because of all the Nerd Rage that went on with no FAQ section on the new GW site. I am wondering if by chance there is new FAQs on the GW site that I can't see, or there is none yet, or we defenantly know for sure that BL is the new home for FAQs.

Just making sure.

None yet (this is about the 3rd thread on it this weekend) but NOVA Open have promised their own FAQ by July 1st at the latest, even if GW don't do their own. I don't know about the other tourney organisers, but at a guess, they're you're best bet, rather than waiting on the move from GW that will never come.

Well, I think the semantics is unique determined all over the rule book.

Thanks guys. Just asking because I believe when 6th was released, GW had Day One FAQs. Was hoping the same would happen again.

We need FAQs for many reasons. One of which is to know who can take what psychic discipline in 'older' armies.

GW no longer supports FAQs, they would rather players decide poorly written rules with a dice off

Is it not on the reference sheet? I'm sure there's been a scan posted (and it's a lot more liberal with the disciplines than 6th was). If it's not in the BRB, it's in WDW.

A few months ago when support for 6th was stopped and the FAQs were taken down to prepare for 7th.

Honestly, I didn't spot any ambiguity in the BRB. The rules are much better written, and I think every dispute I can recall has been spelled out (often in bold). And there is a chart listing which armies can take what powers.

They even fixed the non-working chariots.

Granted, that contributes to it feeling like a paid-for FAQ, and I don't expect them to actually produce any more FAQs. They haven't even released one to unify the Chimera's profile across books like they did with the Servo-Arm after C:SM, so it seems even rules unity and typos won't be addressed, to say nothing of actual issues when they inevitably arise.

Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

In that case their customer service is lying to people when they said that FAQs were coming soon.

There's plenty of unclear stuff in the codexes to make up for that, though.

How does the Talisman of Arthas Moloch work now? Spell Familiars? Eldar Runes? Spirit Stones? Farsight Enclaves says I can ally with Tau Empire, rule book says no. Which takes precedence? SW Rune Staff thingy?
