The Hood of Hellfire allows Tigurius to "re-roll failed Psychic tests." Does this mean he gets to re-roll all the dice he has chosen to use? Or some of the dice? Or add new dice?

Runic Weapons cancel a Psychic power "whenever an enemy model succeeds on a Psychic test." This just seems very OP, and unintended.

These may be addressed in a FAQ, but it's been a full day across the pond, and the BL hasn't posted anything yet.

I thought in the process of manifesting a power you picked up the amount of WC points you would like to try to use to manifest the power. you roll the dice you have chosen this would be the individuals psychic test?

The rolling the dice to achieve the desired number of 4+ is the test. Therefore, you would reroll all of those dice.

SW are several editions old now and obviously those type of things will have to be addressed. Until then, a 4+ on his roll will wipe out all your rolling
