What do you think. It's my first pre heresy list using the FW rules so all cc welcome

I would always recommend artificer armour and a combi weapon on your tactical squad sergeants, since you cant take special weapons it gives you a little more resilience and a little more punch. Your veterans have tank hunter and meltas but are currently foot slogging across the battlefield, if you're keeping them mobile then missile launchers with suspensor webs are a good pick for mobile anti tank, I'd also lose the power fist, largely you dont want your veterans in close combat since any specialist CC unit will wipe them with no problems.

Finally if you can find the points go heavy bolter on the rhino rather than bolter, bigger is better.

Sorry they are in a rhino I must have missed that out. And the power fist is to help kill tanks because I don't think they can have melta bombs

I was struggling to find a transport for sigismund so just stuck him in the spartan lol

My concern would be your lack of anti air, especially when uou breach the 2000 point threshold it wont be uncommon to come across a number of fire raptors, storm eagles or some of the more exotic fliers of the heresy (The two flying pod variants come to mind). I'm not sure if Kharybdis or Stormeagle might be a better option for your templar to ride in as it then gives you your own flier as anti air.

Hmmm I will have a read of the rules again and cross reference FW site to see what they actually are lol a flyer would be nice I havnt used one yet hahaha

Are you using a rite of war? Have a missed a bonus troop choice, as it looks like you only have one compulsory troop (support squads dont count as they have the support unit rule).
Unless sigismund makes template troops?

Not using the right of war because it will make Breachers troops and compulsory aswell iirc

As an alternative (or accompanying) form of fire power and anti air you could potentially turn that Contemptor into a Contemptor mortis, if he doesnt move he picked up skyfire and interceptor, and 2 kheres auto cannons are pretty snazzy with that BS5 at the sky.

My own HH Imperial Fist Lists are only planned upto 500-1000 points atm for a local escalating 30K campaign.

I have already done a conversion for my contemptor so unfortunately it can't happen.

I defiantly prefer the storm eagle. It's cheaper and I can buy more Templars then aswell
