I dunno, looks a little oddly shiny in some parts for resin, but maybe just extra mold release seeing as how it is in the crevices and not the high points.

From looking at my copy the details are good (for their size; I don't think they are more than ~20-25mm, never having measured them). No real mold line issues that I saw. Flexy, but that is good for board game bits. They remind me of the nicer small Bones sculpts.

If I were playing a 20mm historical game with ~300+ models per side, I would be very happy with the level of detail. For a 28-32mm game with <100 I would be a little less thrilled, but then again for a horde of zombies I would be perfectly happy.

.... no, but I totally should!

Brb...

Ok, apologies for picture quality, just snapped them quick after finding the relevant models. (And some irrelevant models.)

The odd man out there is an Alchemy model I picked up a few years back on clearance. Not a bad looking little guy, though the detail is a little shallow meaning I will have to be careful with the paint.
The Zombicide guys have some of that same problem, with individual teeth being visible (though probably not in the pics) but likely impossible to actually pick out after priming if you are not really careful.

The RBG models are obviously more awesome and detailed, but the zombies hold their own pretty well. They scale nicely with RBG models too I think, being a little taller than some, shorter than others. (The lads with the axes are big uns.) This obviously means I am going to be making up RBG characters and missions for Zombicide

Assuming I ever get to play, that is. The wife can't decide if she wants to keep it or sell it for big monies.

Heh, yea that's what we were thinking. I am not sure why my wife keeps changing her mind... not like we have lots of time for games lately.

No problem! (Even though I thought this was your KS thread, where it would be more topic appropriate )

I do like the somewhat smaller, true scale stuff myself though. Scale creep in models bugs me, though perhaps mainly because I grew up with 25mm Ral Partha models as normal, so I expect ity bity things.

Yea, I agree. It is a LOT easier to make a good figure look passable than a bad one. Even good painters don't buy crap models thinking 'Hey, I will correct it with paint!' You have to hire people to work that kind of blood magic.

The two topless guys look pretty good, though.

Begging for an out of context signature quote!

I don't know if I will back on this, but if I do, I think I will scratch build all the heroes in a kit-bashed =][=munda style. I think there would be a lot of nice space there for that.

Blood Rage shipped? Where the hell is mine?!
(It was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife... if it hurries it will at least make our anniversary. )

NM: I see the ships are due Oct 4th and 11th. Maybe it will be in hand by Thanksgiving.
