Dark Angels land raiders can take a dozer blade.
Do I use the dozer blade rule for the codex (just reroll DT tests) or the dozer blade rule from the rulebook? (reroll dts plus +1 to ram).
Which takes priority, codex or rulebook version? I'm inclined to say rulebook, its the most recent.

Wait for FAQ is the answer, but I'd side with the new BRB variant.

Standard rule of thumb is that codex trumps rulebook, but I think it's safe to say that until faqs come out the no-nonsense answer is that you should take the rulebook variant.
Given it's a fairly standard piece of wargear it's hard to imagine DA will have a worse version of a dozer blade, just because.
It's like power weapons going from 5th to 6th, only the most intractable players argued for using old weapon/equipment profiles.

I believe the newest rule trumps the older. The DA codex came out before the current BRB so the BRB wins.

No, specific trumps general, which is why the codex, which is the more specific rules, trumps what's in the BRB, and so the general presumption would be if you have identical wargear in both in BRB and the codex, you go with the codex.
I don't see any problem with going with the new rules, but you don't get the cherry pick. If there's a gear or resolution difference between the codex and the rulebook, you either go with the BRB for all of them, or none of them.

My DA codex says to see the Warhammer 40K rulebook for Dozer Blades, Extra Armour, HK Missiles, etc.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
