Subject: Can an IC now attach to a Vehicle or walker?
GW didn't ship my local store the books on time so my pre-order doesn't come in till Tue. stinks to pre=order and not get the book till almost a week late.
Can an IC attach to a Vehicle or walker? Is the restriction only MCs?
