Hi just a quick one for you guys. When night fighting is rolled for and takes effect turn 1 - Does it stay in for the whole game?

Hm, no. Now one player can say if he wants to use night fight; if so, roll 4+ and have it for the first turn. It remains only for the first game turn.

There's nothing about rolling for night fight at turn 5+. It's just turn 1 now, and if someone wants it.

OK thanks - Just the first turn now then wow. Kinda pointless having a rule that only lasts one turn and and is a 50/50.

Considering night fight wasn't guaranteed in 6e, this really isn't that different. Only a few armies, like DE, really wanted night fight to happen anyway. And even then turn 1 was far more important that turn 5 due to trying to limit damage if you went second. Usually by turn 5 it wouldn't make a difference.
