Hey hey Dakka,
I used this list against a wood elf play twice and beat him the first time and lost the other. Was wondering what I could do to improve it?

Arch Lector- speculum, 1+, horse
Wizard- level 4 beasts, scroll, 3+ magic res

Hero's
Captain- 1+, cloak of ulric, horse, lance, bab
Captain- 1+ rerollable, Pegasus-iron hard hooves, lance, dragonhekm, potion of foolyness(forget both games...)

Core
Inner circle knights- x11, full command, standard of Discipline

The ironcurse icon is infinitely better in this situation than the potion of foolhardiness so i would take that on your second captain if it were me. Also I'm not sure what role the second unit of knights fills in your core (flanking unit?) but i would drop them and use those points to beef up your Inner circle unit. Also your second unit of Demigryphs could use a musician so you can quick reform them if need be. Looks good to me otherwise i'm tempted to try a list like this now...

I thought the ironcurse icon wouldn't do a lot tbh as he isn't in a unit... :(the second knights are there too fill my core haha, there actually quite good at killing things like chariots or smallish units! I did have a musician but he had too go as I was squished for points! Thanks, it very fast and fun, definitely should try it

Looks like a fun list! Though caution fighting against lore of metal spam, it will be game over (happened in my 2400 knight list), as for changes, I would put the cloak on the peggy captain so he has some chance vs no armour attacks.

I kinda want to keep the BSB alive and is good if I end up in challenges or base contact!
