Hey guys was just wondering if i could put up my 1500pt nid list and see what everyone thinks about it and would like help with it.

Hey dude.

First things first, remove the upgrades points costs - one do Dakka's rules!

As for the list, it looks pretty good....But, how are you going to deal with AV13/14? Apart from that I think it has decent potential!

I was thinking instead of the Exocrine i was thinking of running 2 dakka fex. or crushing claw them. Or i could removie the Zone and the bio for 2 Fex

Hmm, it's 230 points for two claw-fexes. That's a lot of shuffling. The exocrine is decent. I'm quite a fan. But you are light on uber effective AT. At this points cost I would prob drop the second squad of guants. I know that means moving a tervigon to a HQ slot, but he still kicks out objective secured troops. If you were to then drop the exocrine that then gives you points for two tank hunting fexes, with points left over....

So what would you do really? is it worth taking out the Biovores or leave them in or what would you do to this list to add to it? Or maybe the crone?

The hive crone exocrine and zonethrope warp blast are anti tank enough Arnt they?

I honestly think we will see a return of the carnifix. Personally, I've worked the wrecker node in myself. But he's right, warp blast are OK anti tank. I don't think they're exceptional. But they're Ok. Remember, they're more unreliable in 7th.

It's alot to think about i do love the Fex really do. but have no idear what to take out for them. maybe the Hivetyrant, or maybe the zoneathropes. if you guys can help me out there would be really thankfull. but also got to remeber Orks are coming soon.

Don't drop tyrants or zoeys. Much needed synapse.

Im all most just thinking about waiting for the Orks they look pretty good.

Looks "OK". The only "issue" that jumps out is you are running all your "Thropes as solos. That is kinda gift wrapping "first blood" for the enemy. I don't know if one Biovore will do much to help you. Personally I always find room for one, or two Warrior Broods, so that Synapse dosn't become a worry.

A "vanilla" Warrior Brood, with a Cannon only runs 100, so its pretty easy to add one in. Two usually is harder. Are you building Battle Forged? if so it looks like you have 4 Heavy slots...if the Carifexen are in one Brood, then it's "OK". Likewise on the Thropes.

I don't know if Armorbane justifies 15 points. I'd be happier just tossing Adrenal on them, for no change in cost.

Well, I'll have to think on it a while, but right off the top of my head...

Living Artillery Formatio ( 390 )
Warrior Brood: x3, Venom Cannon 100

That leaves ...1110? Ill noodle around and see....

Still thinkin...but most any list can use...

That is 730+ 390 = 1120 so 380 for the Heavy, and fast attack that should build a good army.

The Living Artillery is most effective vs Infantry, so your heavys, and FA should work vs MCs, and vehicles.

Things that would be good: Thorax Hive: Electro-bugs on Tyrant, putting in a Tervigon with Electro bugs (205+120= 325) (Right now you spend 310, so its easy to do) If you go for a Tervigon, look to spend 20 points for Hive Commander to outflank. Look at turning 10 Gaunts into devilgaunts (+40 points)

If you want Carnifexen, spend the left over points to buy a bubble wrap unit, so you can taem up the Carnifexen, the Veno, and the Bubble wrap. (Example: Gargoyles run 60 per a Brood of 10, Carnis run near 150 per, spend the extra on upgrades. )

Late entry: Well this is pure "just me", but I'd put in a Carnifex: Adrenal, and a Tyranofex: Adrenal, Hive (Electro-bugs) for 335. That leaves exactly 45..? and grab a solo Venothrope.

Then you can form a poor bugs "deathstar" of a screen of Hormies, the Big Bugs, a Veno, and a Synapse. Not too shabby for a 1500.
