I want to make a more for fun list but still have a chance at winning. I have a more competative list but would probably not use that list unless my opponent want a more competative game. So I made 2 different list. One is a more aggressive list while the other is more defensive.

No criticisms on the lists, but really these lists aren't as bad as I thought they'd be. I thought I was gonna see a list without 2 Riptides.....

Well the defensive list only has 1 hahaha. Should I tone down the list more to be more casual? I just don't like having wasted points. I like each unit to have a purpose and be good at it.

I think both of the lists are good and there aren't any noticeable issues. It really all depends on your meta though.

Lots of SM. Nidzilla. Flying croissants. Eldar and DE.
I think I am leaning toward more on the defensive list. Having 5 piranha is quite fun and then detach their drones then that's a 10 drone squad for free hahaha. Also so that longstrike don't collect dust

I think the defensive list will be more Balanced and Fun.

Is it possible to make a friendly list containing two riptides? Because I really want to play two without being an arse...

Well depends on your meta. My very first game was against 3 superheavy, then 6 dreadnoughts in a drop pod, and 5 MC nids. To play toe to toe with them I brought 3 riptide in a taudar (6e). Funny part is I am the only one getting the "so much cheese". Maybe because they all got tabled! HAHAHA
