So I realize by doing this you're already asking for a perils, but can you even do this?

Take a space marine librarian for example. He's 'Come the Apocalypse' with daemons, which means he can't be deployed with 12 inches of daemons. But when you summon daemons through the daemonology powers, it says they must be placed within 12 inches of the caster. Do you think this just means that it can't be done with a psyker who is 'Come the Apocalypse', or would you say that summoning them isn't the same thing as them being deployed?

That's not deployment. Deploying is what's done before the game starts
