Are they worth taking on a interceptor squad? I mean im running them as a cc unit so they extra attack would be helpful right?

Yeah i was thinking justicar with Halberd (that way he can hit first during a challenge)
one with a incinerator, two with falcions and one with a hammer (if im facing daemons, if not then he'll have falcions too)

That actualy how I have mine set up.
When I do get around to expanding them I will probley add another 1-2 Flachions.

10 points is not worth one attack, IMO.

This of it this way: instead of taking two falchion models, you could pay for Psybolts on a unit. And Psybolts is definitely the better choice.

Got to agree with the psibolt being the better option. Must admit I also like to give my justicar the warding stave. There is nothing more fun than keeping the enemy's superkilly character locked in combat for the length of the game

Hammers are the only upgrade that offers something swords don't already do.

Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is, but they’ll never know this. Not until it’s too late.

I always buy the ammo no mater what.
It also depends on you local META. About half the time I face horde armies and the extra pair of attack have made a diffrence.
As I look at it, it is like buying a second Power Weapon for only 10 Points.
My load out
>Justicar: Halbard
>Intercepter x2: Flacions
>Intercepter: Hammer
>Intercepter: Incinarator

The Flachoins take me from 10 Attack to 12 Attack, that can ame a big difrence, especialy now that "Hammer Hand" makes most of the Attack S6 or the ID effect.
I halse been running a Grey Knight squad with nothing but Justicar with Halbard and the rest Swords and my Intersepters out perform them evey game.

Now I am not claiming they are a great option, but to me it is better than using the Sword that the "Special Ability" [+1 Ivn Save] is waisted on a GKPA Model.

Did no one else notice that Falchions went back to +2 Attacks with the new FAQ, +1 for being two weapons, +1 from the special rule?

yup sure did,

for the pts, honestly, it SHOULD be +2 attacks.

Its raw +2 untill its FAQ'd, which I dont actually think it will be.

Holy crap you're right. I honestly think that puts them in the running for one of the better choices for terminators/paladins. Pair them with a banner and hammerhand. The attack output could be downright silly. And they look awesome too! Now if only we still had quicksilver lol!

With the two extra attack interpretation, a grey knight squad can pump out some decent horde chopping ability.

There's nothing in the FAQ to see. There used to be an entry in the FAQ clarifying that a model with a pair of falchions received +1 to his base attacks total because as written the model gets +1 because he has 2 CCW and +1 because of the falchions' special rules.

OH ok thanks. So the old FAQ is completely thrown out now? Seems like there is still a lot of useful answers in it

Maybe some one can answer this question about personal teleporters. Since they now gain the Jump unit type. does this mean we can move 12 inch and still once per game jump 30 inchs? I cant find anything that saw we cant but would like some one else perspective on this. NDK with a PT could be deadly.

ooo... while we are on weapon changes to GK in 7th... the nemisis demon hammer is now only 1 handed... so grab another specialist weapon for bonus attacks i guess!

TDA Inquisitor with Force Sword and Daemonhammer just got 1 attack better, I see.
