Yeah, that seems to be the case. Not individual dice, but all of the dice you threw at the power.

Unfortunately the wording for Hood of Hellfire makes it sound like you can reroll a failed psychic test which would be to reroll all dice, not just the failed ones.

The bigger question is can he reroll perils, since now they go off is it failed? Or does he roll on the chart.

If you get Perils in the first cast, you can re-roll. If the second one Perils as well, then you're screwed.
