Has anyone ever tried or saw any of the minis from this company. They seem pretty cheap but I can't tell how good the sculpts/quality/plastic is.

Ha ha good timing - I just got five more POC Tigers today.

They are pretty much what you expect - cheap, plastic tanks. Size is more or less right, and paint job is same / slightly better than an Axis and Allies Miniature game model, (so not real good, but from a foot or two away, are passable).

I have 10 Tigers, 10 Shermans, and 5 SdKfzs. I used them to learn the game, without having to wait to model and paint my army.

For the Tigers and Sherman, the turret is removable, so the turret swings freely 360".

Overall, for the price, I think they are great. I recently bought the Tigers to round out a KG Hummel list that I'm bringing to a tournament. Not too worried about damage to them, so makes a great travel army.

I would say that (if your reason for getting them is not only based on them being pre-assembled and pre-painted) the PSC Tigers are a better choice, as they are much higher quality for only a few dollars more:
