I need to decide on a list before I start buying more things. So far all I have is 2 10 man tactical squads with 2 lascannon razorbacks/ rhinos. I was thinking about swapping out the MotF for a librarian or captain and fitting them in?

List 3 looks more appealing in terms of durable firepower, though that's a lot of AP2 weapons and not much to counter hordes.
