As an army that has absolutely no psykers it seems that in my first game there is almost no chance for me to counter them, is there anyway thqt I'm potentially missing to shut down psychic power?

It can't cast anything if it's dead. and we are an army that is pretty damn good at choosing a target, and blowing it to bits.

You have 2 options:
- Picking up a Combined Arms Detachment of Farsight Enclaves for Talisman of Arthas Moloch. Turns your DtW in 4+ in 12" bubble
- Allied/Combined Arms Detachment of Psyker dudes (Eldar, GK, Tyranids) to mass DtW dice.

Missilesides are good at DtW.

But I would recommend coteaz and a bunch of psychic acolytes.

Spend 500 pts on 4 Tzeralds and a pink horrors squad. Gives you 13 warp dice
