I'm building the GW Finecast Herald of Khorne, and.. what the heck is going on around the left foot of this model?

He has some kind of chain of skulls dangling from his belt, fair enough - but this chain is so long half of it is on the ground? And he's using it to kick off from with his left foot?

And the flame? Wtf?

Unless someone can explain what's up I'm converting.

Yeah that looks pretty stupid, I'd just cut it off. However you'll need some way to make him stable because two skinny legs of finecast can barely hold a penny's weight, let along two.

You know whats cool? Skulls! .and ... and.. Fire! Mix them together it must make the coolest miniature in the world, right? But seriously, I'm sure it would be easy to remove the fire. Not so sure about the foot (it would be beyond my meager skills, I'm sure). I don't think he is using the skulls to push from. Its just a mid stride pose. Like when your belt is too long, or you have one of those annoying key-chains that hang from your belt buckle. Once every stride it slaps your hand like its high fiving you.

It's just part of a chain of skulls that he is dragging on the ground. The Fire is for Effect. It's a Demon.
