I don't own an airbrush nor.do I intend to buy one anytime soon.

4 chimerias and 2 russ's are going to be a pain to paint by brush, are their any good sprays like army painter on the market that will help?

I've done all mine by hand, it's not that hard or time consuming, I used a large drybrush to do mine, take a look in my gallery, everything I've painted is by hand

Try looking at the range in B&Q or Halfords.
I know Halfords do 3 'camo' colours including green:

Tamiya also has some good sprays for military vehicles, at least enough of a variety of greens and browns.
