Not sure about who distributes in the US, but you should get a Mat'O'War - they are far superior to the GW mat

It's the closest thing I have seen to a dedicated flocked table - not sure how they do it, but yes it is better than the GW mat. Although, it is actually more expensive than the GW one I think as well (which should tell you something!)

My one came folded but after unfolding, rolling it instead and an iron you get rid of the folds. They are so durable, the guy from Antenociti said that they were in such demand before (they generally sell out every time fresh stock comes in) that they sold the display copies that had been out and in use for some time, and they were pretty much as new. Read about people putting them in a washing machine and all sorts, although I haven't tried that yet
