Unless I am totally wrong which I may be! What would be the viability of running Seekers with a mounted lord? Currently I run my mounted slaanesh lord with a blob of spawn (they do quite well) or outflank with a giant blob of cultists (mixed results)

Unfortunately, CSM characters can't join units of Daemons at all. The Chaos Daemons book specifically says that only characters with the "Daemonic Instability" rule can join daemons.
What you could do, is run a Herald of Slaanesh with your seekers.

A single Herald is generally going to do much better, since you can bound forward, Shriek, throw another useful Telepathy power, and then plow into combat. Sadly, if you put 4 Heralds into the unit, only one of them can Shriek per phase.

It is under the psychic powers section. It says a unit cannot cast the same power twice per turn.

Iiiiiinteresting
That kinda sucks. I guess this stops 4 heralds of Tzeentch being able to shoot all 16D6 shots from Flickering fire they manifest. Oh well.
