This is a list I've been working on to bring some AA without sacrificing to much killing power, having to bring a flyer, or ADL. I also just really like the model for the contemptor dreads there fun.

I like it!
What is the plan for the TH/SS terminators? The CML kind of contradicts the assault nature of the unit.
The champion upgrade for the ravenwing command squad forces you to take the worst freaking weapon around. I know it is cheap, but getting stuck with that stupid ass blade of caliban sucks hard. If you really just want a challenge chump I can understand, but I would try and play around to get points elsewhere...hell an auspex on the libby would serve better.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

I use the CML to help deal with backfield vehicles, deep strike in behind them shoot the rear armor take out a threat quickly. it also means if they clear there area they can still be helpful with the 48"range.The CML on the TH/SS termies has served me very well over time, plus it means they do at least have some shooting and the guy wielding it can still have his TH/SS unlike all the other weapons.
I do pretty much want him only as a challenge chump, for as cheap an upgrade as he is he can be useful occasionally.

Terminators are relentless and can assault on the same turn they use the CML.
Still, the termies are a bit of an odd grab. For such an model-light list, more expensive units like termies seems ... idk ...
a drop pob with vets could serve the same purpose, but put more bodies on the field.
On another note, one out of curiosity:
I have 12 bikes in my collection, and despite trying bike-centric lists, I've never had much success. Something about 60 points for twin linked bolter shots seems meh. They can only take 2 weapon choices for the 6 too...
Furthermore, if they jinx they need 6s to hit. If they don't jinx, they're just T5 space marines that move fast.
In assault, they're nothing special either.
I look at the ravenwing knights, and I see an entire squad that can take plasma talons and has power weapons for assault.... twice as much, but all useful...
(I realize they're never troops w/ sammuel)
So how do you use them?

Do note that the 7ed changes to Skyfire make the Contemptor Mortis a bit janky. If you stand still you can Skyfire/Interceptor but snap shot only vs ground targets, and if you move you lose Skyfire/Interceptor but gain the ability to shoot full BS at ground targets.
Any reason you didn't take the Kheres Assault Cannons?
I'd be tempted to find space for another ML 1 Librarian (or allied Inquisitor) so you can have one with Divination and another with Telepathy. The Inq would also get you Servo Skulls to assist your Deep Strike.
Also, you can't take TH/ SS on the DW Sgt. The FAQ limits it to the regular DW only.
And if you're building your TH/ SS DW from scratch, check these out and imagine shiny brass DA angels on Spartan shields *sploosh*
