I seriously doubt major tournaments will allow them. Locals.... will depend on your local meta.

Agreed. Nothing I know of is considering them. They aren't that bad in 7th, but it seems like all that has happened is that rational players have gone from "hell no" to "meh" about their inclusion. I feel similarly--I'm not completely anti-LOW, but I'm certainly not going to argue for them.
Bottom line: don't expect them at GTs.

It's going to be tourny by tourney...so if you're going to one that allows them, prepare for them. Otherwise don't bother.

I'll beat you even money that the Bay Area Open will allow Ls of W (with caveats), and from there the dams of resistance will break.

I don't know if you guys want to see Tyranids bringing a Harridan or Hierophant. Those guys are amazing in smaller games even if Dstr weaponry is brought to the table.

There are 3 events planed in my area for 7th and they all allow lord of war. Ive ordered a low for both my armies.
