If I am using Deathshroud Terminators which are an HQ but they can also be a bodyguard for my Calas Typhon who is also an HQ.

Will they both still take up a HQ slot if the Deathshrouds are Bodyguards for Calas?

Per HH1, a model with the Master of the Legion special rule may take a Command Squad (in this case the Deathshroud) as part of his slot.

So basically, you would have Typhon and Deathshroud as a single HQ slot.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.
