I have 3 squads of 10 sisters, each with a Heavy Flamer and Storm Bolter, but I've no idea what other units to get to round out the army. What HQ unit should I get? I intend on taking the sisters as allies for IG.

Put the pick in there Pete; and turn it round, real neat.

General rule of thumb is to take a canoness as an hq. You should get your hands on some celestians and maybe an exorcist

DA army: 3500pts,
admech army: 600pts
ravenguard: 565 pts

What? Most players will tell you the exact opposite.

Jaccobus is considered the best, with celestine still having some uses. Canoness is the weakest choice and brings the least to the table for her points cost.

The only reason not to take a different HQ is because you want to save on points. But even then, the 35 more you pay for jacobus is so little for what you get.

OP: I'd recommend transports for your troops. They are objective secured scoring units, which are also tougher this edition.

Thanks for the advice all!
I'm definitely taking them in rhinos, probably an immolator for the HQ unless I go with Celestine. Though I like the Jacobus conclave idea more, as he has buddies that make sense with him.

Exorcists. AP 1 is huge right now and front armor 13 is sweet.
