i searched whole morning for a good site, that has warhammer news, strategies, tactica, blog posts, just something about everything concerning Warhammer world (not 40k).
I came up short. I found nice sites about 40k with a little little contribution from fantasy world.

warhammer.org.uk? The Warhammer Forum is pretty good for WFB discussion, though it does often veer towards UK/EU tournament stuff.

Warseer has an active Fantasy lot.

Their are lots of army specific fansites. The under empire(skaven), warhammerempire(empire), the ogre stronghold(ogres), vampirecounts.net, lustria-online.com(lizardmen) just to name a few. Google those. I go to the ogrestronghold which has place to talk about all armies and 40k but is geared solely towards ogres. If you have a specific army you want to talk army building, tactica, releases, and rules find the fansites for those specific armies.
