A strange daemon-like being that somehow exists freely on the physical plane so long as certain conditions are met, The Walker Out Of Sight is one of the few truly immortal beings in the galaxy. Its name - or others like it - are known in every culture on every world. Of all existences, only that of the Nightbringer, the Spectre of Death, is more pervasive.
Known to be sadistically playful, The Walker's games are always as deadly as they are innocent. Its presence is heralded by the giggling of innocents playing, and a vague whispering in the background that is only audible to its next victim.
The Walker Out Of Sight
An Elites choice in any Chaos army. 250 points.
WS 2 BS 2 S 10 T 2 W 8 I10 A 8 Ld 6 Sv -
Unit Composition: 1 The Walker Out Of Sight
Unit Type: Jet Pack Infantry
Wargear: None.
Special Rules: Fear, Move Through Cover, Smash, Relentless, And They Shall Know No Fear, Eternal Warrior, Special Deployment, Out Of Sight, Unyielding.
Special Deployment: The Walker Out Of Sight is deployed after Infiltrators and Scout Moves. It may be placed anywhere on the table, as long as it is out of Line of Sight of the enemy. If The Walker Out Of Sight cannot be deployed, it automatically deep strikes without scatter as soon as an appropriate location becomes available. The Walker Out Of Sight may not assault on the first turn, but Overwatch attacks may not be used against it when it does assault.
Out Of Sight: The Walker may declare an assault immediately against any unit that Runs or Assaults while within 12" of it. Do not roll an assault distance, simply move The Walker into combat with the target unit. Overwatch may not be taken against this assault, and the target unit's action is interrupted - do not move those models other than tuning them to face The Walker. The Walker automatically reduces its Initiative during the first turn of combat so that it acts immediately after the first enemy model - for example, if it assaults a unit of Space Marines (I4) containing a Power Fist (I1), it becomes Initiative 3 until the end of the phase.
Unyielding: If The Walker Out Of Sight is ever killed, it must make a Leadership test. If successful, immediately place it into Ongoing Reserves, and deploy it as per its Special Deployment rules at the start of the next turn.

It's t is irrelevant due to eternal warrior, so essentially we have an 8 wound, 8 attack str 10 creature that cannot actually be killed, admittedly it doesn't have a save but who cares if.it can keep coming down to interrupt enemy assault and run moves.

To be fair, with T2 and no save a baseline Tactical Squad will gun it down in one round of shooting.

Eternal Warrior just means its immune to Instant Death. Enough guys punching it will still put it down fairly swiftly, especially since if it uses its special assault rule it always strikes last. Also, it has to pass a Ld test against Ld 6 to actually come back to life, which means a 50/50 chance of dying for good every time.
Relentless is an artifact from a previous version where it had a range 6 strangleroot type attack. ^^;
But... yes. It is supposed to be a horror movie monster type thing.  Inspired by Slenderman and He Who Walks Behind from the dresden files, mostly.

T2 can be gunned down by one tac squad worth of bolter fire. It will also get destroyed in CC because of the initiative penalty, I cannot imagine a game where this thing earns its points back. It comes back to life, yes, but it can't actually do anything.

How the hell does it get ATSKNF? Is it a space marine or something? Just give it fearless.
To tell the truth, i'd make it WS 1, BS 0. No way i want it to see it shooting a quadgun. Higher LD to actually return to life once. Like ld8 or even 9. I'd make it's toughness rediculously low. T1. I think that it needs totally rediculous stats.
WS1, BS0, S10, T1, W10, I10, A10, Ld8, Sv6++, Jet Pack Monstrous Creature.
Eternal Warrior, Fear, Fearless, Special Deployment, Out Of Sight, Unyielding.
Out Of Sight - add assault grenades. Automatically Appended Next Post: Btw what happens when the unit tries to assault the walker itself?

ATSKNF is just the most appropriate rule to represent the fact that it literally does not understand what fear is, but it is driven to only strike under certain conditions. So it needs to be able to fall back out of combat, but getting swept wouldn't fit with it either.
Why would anyone put it on a quad gun with BS2? Literally anything else would be better. It doesn't need assault grenades because when it uses its special Out of Sight assault, it isn't affected by the terrain or cover.
When a unit assaults the Walker, the Walker appears behind it.
